Information about the absence of consumer withdrawal rights, cancellation requests and complaints in this B2B shop.
Maklerschilder.com is exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of section 14 BGB, public-law entities and special funds under public law. There is no statutory consumer right of withdrawal for orders placed in the course of a commercial or independent professional activity.
Consumers cannot order through this shop. If mandatory consumer law nevertheless applies in an individual case, statutory rights remain unaffected.
There is no contractual right to cancel. As a gesture of goodwill, we review cancellation requests while production has not started and no irreversible service has been triggered. A cancellation takes effect only when confirmed by us.
Costs already incurred, in particular for artwork checks, design, material procurement, payment processing or production already started, may be charged. Individually configured or produced goods cannot be accepted for return as a goodwill gesture.
Please inspect the delivery immediately. Visible damage should be noted on the delivery record and documented with photographs of the outer and inner packaging, goods, shipping label and order number.
Send the report to info@maklerschilder.com without undue delay. If the customer is a merchant, the statutory inspection and notification duties under section 377 HGB also apply.
For a possible production defect, send the order number, affected quantity, a short description and clear photographs to info@maklerschilder.com. Keep the goods and packaging until our review is complete.
We compare the report with the order, approved artwork and production data. Justified defects are handled under the statutory rules and our terms. A complaint is separate from the absence of withdrawal or cancellation rights.
