The white-label shop is a B2B service. A complete customer-facing shop requires correct company, seller and support details. You configure the intended payment and email accounts.

Can I use my own domain?

Can I choose which products appear?
Yes. Products can be enabled or hidden for your shop. Your own product copy and images can be managed under Products & content.
How do I set my retail prices?
Set markups by category or product under Prices & markups. Internal costs and your calculated margin remain separate in the reseller area.
How do my customers pay?
Customer payments are processed through your configured Mollie account. The visible payment methods depend on the methods enabled in that account.
Who produces and ships orders?
After customer payment, an internal order is created. Once internal payment is complete and the artwork is approved, Maklerschilder.com handles production and shipping.
Which emails do customers receive?
Order, invoice and customer emails can be sent through your own SMTP account using your stored sender details. The connection is tested before reliable use.
Can I use product reviews?
Yes. Reviews can be enabled or disabled for the whole shop. New reviews are centrally moderated first; once approved, they are visible and you can reply publicly.
What does a white-label shop cost?
Active packages contain a one-off setup fee and a monthly fee. Current net prices are shown before you submit the request in your account.
