Shipping & pickup
Shipping is calculated directly on the product page based on size, delivery country and packaging. There are no hidden surprises in checkout.
We choose the suitable shipping method for each order. Small and medium parcels are handled by parcel services, large or bulky jobs by freight carrier. Pickup from our production site in Konz-Könen is possible by arrangement.
No checkout surprises
Checkout uses the shipping cost already calculated in the configurator, so the total remains clear and traceable.
Shipping providers
Depending on product, format and destination, we ship with Hermes, DHL, GLS, UPS or freight carrier.
Pickup at production
Orders can also be picked up by arrangement at our production site: Reinigerstraße 46, 54329 Konz-Könen.
