Questions and answers

Common questions before ordering

Can I mix several sizes within one order?

Yes. The total quantity can be distributed across the available sizes for the selected style and colour. Unavailable sizes are marked accordingly in the selection.

Which file format is best for a logo?

A vector file such as SVG, EPS or AI is ideal because shapes and colours can be scaled cleanly. High-resolution image files are suitable only when their resolution and artwork match the print size.

How should printed teamwear be washed?

The garment care label always takes priority. For the available shirts, a gentle wash up to 40°C without tumble drying or fabric softener is recommended, and the print should not be ironed at high heat.
